Gosia's adventure with jewellery first started few years ago at collage when she was working on a art project making and selling handmade earrings.Studying Fashion and Textiles confirmed her lifelong passion for arts and the need to create. And she knew this is where her heart was.
She really enjoyed it and  later on when she started working at Candy Jewellery her passion for both fashion and jewellery have only deepened.
'... I also have an interest in photography, arts and crafts and theatrical costume. I’ve always loved experimenting with colours, fashion and texture and sewing my own clothes really fullfills my creative nature.
I'm a firm believer that inspiration can be found everywhere in our daily lives if you only keep your eyes wide open that’s why I never part with my small notebook.
I cherish one of a kind, unique designs and products and deeply appreciate the hard work behind each item. I enjoy challenging projects that involve experimenting with new ideas, trying to make them work..or as often is the case -not.. but that’s ok, too!
I have learnt/understood that failure can be as a great teacher as success and  it should never put one off the chosen path...'

Di first came to Edinburgh back in 2006 to study at Edinburgh University. She fell in love with the city and later on also fell in love in the city.  Having worked at Candy Jewellery Design Studio for nearly four years, she has built up lots of first hand experience in jewellery retailing, from finding the most creative and inspiring jewellery designs around the world, picking the best works to enrich their collection, developing good relationships with customers to creating her own unique jewellery.
' ... I had hardly ever been abroad before coming to study in Edinburgh back in 2006. As I started to travel more and more I became fascinated by the places I visited and the people I met, just by observing and thinking how different they are from the part of the world I grew up in. These feelings and sensations inspire me, and I try to reflect them in my jewellery work. ...   I like taking photos, hand crafting, making jewellery, drawing, and travelling. Thankfully, the work I do here gives me the opportunity to make the most of what I like and enjoy them, and that's why I love my work.. '
